Service levels should always affect choice. It’s imperative for businesses to give the best customer service they can. Our industry has one of the worst reputations for customer service. The company that dedicates the time and effort to the customer best is usually the one that wins the order. Thats what we’ve found.

You should blog a bit more, the sites good and what you write is relevant and worth writing. I use Twitter a lot to advertise new posts, it's where I get a fair bit of my traffic from. And you should get rid of the word verification thing when someone comments. I had that on mine and got lots more feedback when I took it off. Just a couple of ideas!
