conservatree4u.com does not require any personal information to be taken in order to browse our website. Any personal information taken in the course of contacting Conservatree4u, either by way of an online form or directly via direct conversation, telephone, fax or by post, is used only for the purpose which it is intended. Conservatree4u may from time to time contact you regarding our products or services, however, at any time you may request to not be contacted. Conservatree4u never sell personal information to any parties and only disclose or share your information with third parties where the information is required for the purposes of processing for quotations or legitimate orders, such as with manufacturers and/or transport companies.
Conservatree4u does not hold or store any financial details, including credit or debit card details. All card processing and transactions are carried out whilst in contact with the customer at all times during processing.
The delivery timescale for orders will vary depending on the level of complexity to manufacture. Our average delivery leadtime is around 4 weeks from placing your order. On occasion this time may be reduced or increased, however, Conservatree4u will endeavour to keep you informed throughout the entire process. Where possible we strive to ensure all orders are delivered on our manufacturers’ dedicated transport. In certain cases either normal postal methods or external carriers may be used (depending on the size and nature of the delivery). When taking delivery through our normal transport methods, there must be a competent person present to receive the delivery and all goods must be signed for, to accept that the goods outlined are the goods received. We accept that it may not be possible to check all individual items fully at the time of delivery, for damage, missing components, etc., however we do not take responsibility for any missing packages if they were detailed as part of the delivery and signed for as received. Unloading of Goods
From time to time deliveries may not be delivered using a two man team. To this end, where possible, we ask that on delivery a competent person is available to assist the delivery driver with unloading of goods. There may be occasions where the goods cannot be placed where the customer would desire. This may be due to space limitations or access restrictions, in these instances the driver may determine the best location to leave the goods and it is then the responsibility of the customer to relocate as required. Conservatree4u can take no responsiblity for any product damages or failures if the goods are not stored in accordance with our recommendations after delivery.
Where there are instances that no-one is available to assist with unloading if required, then unloading may not be possible. In this instance goods will be returned to the manufacturer and a charge may be liable in order to carry out a re-arranged delivery. Where a driver unloads goods unaided, then Conservatree4u or its partners will not be liable for any damage to goods, property or possesions.
Cancellations or Returns
Conservatree4u will accept cancellation of orders and provide a full refund of any deposits paid up to signed confirmation of order. Following signed confirmation of order, cancellation will be accepted up to 10 days prior to delivery, however, Conservatree4u reserves the right to charge the customer for any manufactured or purchased items and include any administration charges. In accordance with our standard terms & conditions full payment is due 10 days prior to delivery, therefore, cancellations after this point will not result in any refunds.
All orders are manufactured specifically on a customer by customer basis, therefore, no returns are permitted.
